Meet Karlee: The Organized Heart of Our Warehouse

Hi there! I’m Karlee Lundberg — the newest member of the Prairie Lane Vintage Rentals team, serving as our Warehouse Manager and Coordinator.

I’ve always had a heart for service and genuinely enjoy helping those around me. I take pride in being detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable, and I love that no two days here ever look the same.

At Prairie Lane, I’m behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly. From preparing rental orders and managing inventory to supporting our team’s workflow, I focus on the details that keep each event moving seamlessly. One of my favorite parts of the job is getting a sneak peek into our clients’ special days through the pieces they choose — it’s such a fun glimpse into all the beautiful celebrations to come.

And yes, you might also find me playing a strategic game of “Jenga” while loading the van alongside Matt — making sure everything fits just right.

When I’m not in the warehouse, I’m usually grabbing a coffee, getting outside for some fresh air and movement, or fully embracing a cozy night in with my favorite sitcoms.

I’m so excited to be part of the Prairie Lane team and to help bring each event together behind the scenes.

How long have you been with Prairie Lane?

I have been with PLVR since September 2025.

What drew you to the event industry and Prairie Lane?

 I have never been in this area of work before, so I thought, why not! I enjoy fast-paced environments and Prairie Lane provides this while maintaining a small business, family feel.

What's a warehouse task you secretly love doing?

I love getting organized and staying organized! If everything has a place, I believe our processes run smoother and more efficiently for everyone! 

What part of the business brings you the most joy?

I get to meet and work with all sorts of amazing people! It is fun to be part of such a tightly knit industry. Also, it is so cool to see all the different events we help with, from weddings to corporate parties and more! People continue to blow me away with their creativity.

What is a memorable moment you have had with the team?

Any team outing we have is always special and memorable. Our team works well together with everyone having their specialty area. Being the newest member anywhere can be a little nerve-wracking, but I was invited with open arms and found belonging among some amazing people.

Go-to warehouse workday snack or drink?

You will ALWAYS find me with caffeine in my hand, whether it's my morning iced coffee or my afternoon crisp apple bloom!
