We’re growing fast and looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership of our warehouse operations with care, creativity, and attention to detail.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a part-time Warehouse Coordinator who can help keep our inventory organized, maintained, and ready to shine at every event. You’ll be responsible for the behind-the-scenes magic—managing our warehouse space, prepping orders, overseeing loadouts and returns, and helping ensure every rental item goes out (and comes back!) in top condition.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves systems, can lift with care, and enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory of furniture, décor, tabletop, and more
Pull and prep rental orders according to event schedules
Oversee item check-in/check-out processes, inspecting for damage or cleaning needs
Coordinate with delivery team and stylists for smooth pickups, deliveries, and returns
Help maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the warehouse and loading zones
Perform light repairs, touch-ups, and cleaning of rental items as needed
Assist in loading and unloading trucks/trailers
Suggest improvements for systems, storage, and logistics
Who You Are
Detail-oriented and organized
Physically able to lift and move furniture (up to 50 lbs regularly)
A team player who can also work independently
Comfortable with basic tech (Google Sheets, inventory systems, etc.)
Flexible and reliable—occasional weekend or evening hours may be required
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, event rentals, or related fields is a plus (but not required)

Every delivery is part of someone’s most memorable day—so we treat each one with care, precision, and a little bit of fun!
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our delivery + event crew. This role includes loading and unloading rental items, setting up at event venues, working directly with clients and planners onsite, and handling inventory with care. This is a part-time position that works great with student schedules or around other employment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Load and unload rental items (furniture, décor, tableware, etc.) safely and efficiently
Deliver and pick up items from various event venues (local + regional)
Set up and stage furniture and décor according to event layouts
Assist with on-site styling or last-minute client needs when requested
Maintain a positive, professional attitude with clients and fellow team members
Handle items with great care
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, vehicles, and gear
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently and work on your feet
Available some weekdays and weekends, with flexible scheduling
Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented
Experience driving trailers or large vans is a plus (but not required—we’ll train!)
A love for beautiful events and an eye for detail is a bonus!
