As we head into wedding seasons, one of our busiest times, we wanted to share a few friendly reminders to help ensure a smooth rental experience for everyone. Our team is in full motion behind the scenes with deliveries, pickups, installations, warehouse prep, and more, so clear communication and organization go a long way during this exciting time.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Prairie Lane is open by appointment ONLY. Our team is frequently in and out of the warehouse and on-site at events, so appointments help ensure we’re available to assist you in person. If you’d like to schedule a warehouse visit, please fill out the contact form on our website or click the “Make an Appointment” button near the bottom of the page to view our availability.

Pickup, Return, & Timing:

Client pickups take place on the Thursday before your event, with returns scheduled for the following Monday unless other arrangements have been confirmed with our team. During our busy season, a little advance coordination goes a long way, so we encourage clients to connect with us about pickup and return timing ahead of event week to help everything run smoothly.
